Pretty Brazilian Journo Dies Of Heart Attack Just After Lipo Op

This pretty Brazilian journalist has died at the age of 41 from cardiac arrest following a liposuction procedure.

Eloisa Leandro passed away in the early hours of 10th December after undergoing the cosmetic procedure at a clinic in the neighbourhood of Tijuca in the Brazilian city of Rio de Janeiro.

Local media said the journalist began to feel ill while she was being transferred from the operating room following the procedure.

Friends of the woman told local media that she was taking medication for a heart condition.

According to local media, the doctor, who has not yet been identified, had performed other procedures on Leandro, and was authorised to carry out the latest procedure within a week of her recovery from Covid-19.

Leandro’s life had previously been struck by tragedy when her only son, Victor Hugo da Silva Braga, was murdered at the age of 15 in the municipality of Sao Goncalo in the Greater Rio de Janeiro area in 2011.

Her subsequent years were marked by her struggle to find her son’s killers.

One friend posted on social media: “The only thing that consoles me is knowing she will finally be reunited with Vitinho.”

During Leandro’s career, she worked for local newspapers ‘A Tribuna’ and ‘O Sao Goncalo’. The Brazilian Press Association has issued a statement of condolence.

It is not clear if the case is under investigation.
